We offer contact-free check-in and 24/7 support which limits in-person interaction. This property has exterior cameras for guests safety and for the protection of the property. Amenities include: - High speed internet - Free parking - Complimentary stocked coffee bar and snacks - Two private balconies - Games - In-unit washer and dryer - Fully furnished kitchen with brand new appliances. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our loft is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our place as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. What To Bring: - Favorite coffee and creamers - Food/ Snacks - Condiments - Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics - Ice - Personal Toiletries Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished. Below is a list of the items: - 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom - 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom - 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom - 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower - 1 roll of paper towels - 1 bottle of dish soap - 2 sponges - 4 dishwasher pods - 4 tall kitchen garbage bags - 5 coffee pods - Small powder creamer - Small sugar - Salt/ pepper - 4 Laundry pods WiFi terms and conditions: WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. If there are no guests booked before or after your booking, these times can be very flexible to fit your schedule. Check out our weekly and monthly discounts for huge savings! Each additional guest AFTER 4 guests is an extra $30/guest/night.

The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: -No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you!-Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the front door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets to keep them from freezing. Please note: For safety, fraud prevention, and insurance compliance, we require government-issued ID verification and/or a signed rental agreement prior to check-in.
