- No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - No smoking/vaping indoors. Smoking/vaping indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet from the hours of 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - Please leave trash in the bins on the east side of the house. The city picks up trash early Thursday morning. Someone will be by late Wednesday evening to take the bins out, if needed. They will be back Thursday evening to return, if needed. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. - Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. - We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. We absolutely loved our stay at Blakely's place. The area was so beautiful and so accessible to the downtown area. Safe, family oriented neighborhood. Beautifully restored historic home, so well appointed with interesting art and architectural features. Check in and out were easy, everything was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay in OKC at Blakely and Jay’s house. It was cozy, clean and a perfect weekend escape! We had absolutely no problems at all, and we will defintely be staying here again in the future! ❤️

Comfortable space for a family of three. Common areas were spacious and comfortable, huge bedrooms with large walk-ins, nice layout for everyone to spread out, and the Pac-Man machine was fun for all ages! We’d stay again.
