House Rules
The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit:
-No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations.
-Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you!-Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them.
- Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters.
-Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
-Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
-Please leave trash outside the front door.
-Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it.
- Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed.
-If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets to keep them from freezing.
-We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions.
- No firearms/ weapons on the premises.
- Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside.
- No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note, there is NO PARKING in the driveway to east of the house (under the deck) or behind/on the south side the house. That space is reserved for the home to the south, and the owner of that home must always be able to get in and out of their driveway.

For parking, there is a 1 car garage or additional overside parking on the street on 6th street. There is an alleyway that you can use to drop bags off.
