The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: -No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. -Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30 + the cost of shipping. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the back door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. -Early and late check-ins are subject to a fee. My stay was great. There was one minor hiccup with the door, and I wasn’t able to get in, but the host arrived within 20 minutes to fix the issue. I would stay again.
